Shipping
When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping method that you choose. Usually, orders are shipped within one (1) business day of purchase date (weekends and holidays do not count as business days) via USPS. We cannot ship orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays and Sundays or postal holidays. Also, please note that during holidays the delivery time may be slower.
According to USPS, First Class Mail usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Priority Mail usually arrives 1, 2 or 3 business days depending on the shipping option that you choose.
Return and Exchange Policy
We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer except for products that are damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
Restocking fee – Unopened packages will not incur a restocking fee if returned within 30 days from the date you placed the order. If the package has been opened, then a restocking fee of 20% will apply. The restocking policy applies to refund or exchange requests.
To submit an exchange or refund request, please contact us at support@sportdr.net and let us know the issue. Also, let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. The returned/exchanged item must be in new condition with all original packaging.
